Privacy policy

• The audit form. Only what you type in: farm name, your name, email, WhatsApp number, website and social links, your current booking system and CRM, whether you use an agent, roughly how many international hunters you host, and the problem you describe.
• The commission calculator. Nothing. The sums run in your browser; nothing you enter is saved or sent.
• Analytics cookies. Only if you accept them in the cookie banner. They tell us which pages are visited, not who you are. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice any time with “Change cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

To prepare your farm’s Digital Audit and get back to you about it, and, with your consent, to see which pages of this site are useful so we can improve them. We don’t use your details for anything else.

Audit requests are sent by EmailJS, an email delivery service, to our own inbox, and then logged in our CRM, HubSpot. Analytics uses Google Analytics, and only after you accept cookies.

No one else. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t rent or trade it either. EmailJS, HubSpot and Google Analytics handle it only to deliver, store or count it for us.

Email info@hunterreachnamibia.com and ask us to delete what we hold about you. We’ll do it and confirm by email.
